FLATHEAD RESERVATION — The Montana Primary Election is Tuesday, June 7. Voters who received a ballot and were not able to mail it can drop off the voted ballot at one of the ballot drop off locations for your County between now and 8 pm on Election Day. You can drop off your voted ballot at any of the below locations: 

Lake County: 

You can drop off your voted ballot at the Lake County Courthouse, Room 121, at 106 4th Ave E Polson, MT 59860.

  • The office is open Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm. It will close at noon on Monday, June 6.
  • On Election Day (Tuesday, June 7), it will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
  • On Election Day (Tuesday, June 7), you can also drop off your voted ballot at any Lake County polling place.
  • The polling places will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. 

Sanders County:

You can drop off your voted ballot at any of the below places. The dates and times they are open are listed below. 

Hot Springs Indian Senior Citizen Center at 214 North Spring Street, Hot Springs, MT 59845.

  • Tuesday, May 31 from 9am – 4 pm. 
  • Monday, June 6 from 9am – noon. 

Dixon Community Center at 405 Blanket Hawk Street, Dixon, MT 59831.

  • Thursday, June 2 from 9am – 4 pm. 
  • Monday, June 6 from 9am – noon. 

Sanders County Elections Office at 1111 Main Street, Thompson Falls, MT 59873.

  • The office is open Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm.
  • It will close at noon on Monday, June 6.
  • On Election Day (Tuesday, June 7), it will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.  
  • On Election Day (Tuesday, June 7), you can also drop off your voted ballot at any Sanders County polling place.
  • The polling places will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.  

Missoula County: 

You can drop off your voted ballot at any of the below places. The dates and times they are open are listed below.

Gray Wolf Peak Casino at 20750 US-93, Missoula, MT 59808.

  • Saturday, June 4 (10am-4pm)
  • Monday, June 6 (8am-noon)

Missoula Elections Office at 140 North Russell Street, Missoula, MT 59801.

  • There is a ballot drop-off box outside the office. You can drop off a ballot in the drop-off box at any time. Ballots must just be dropped off by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7.
  • If you want to drop it off while the office is open, the office is open Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm. It will close at noon on Monday, June 6.
  • On Election Day (Tuesday, June 7), the office will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
  • On Election Day (Tuesday, June 7), you can also drop off your voted ballot at any Missoula County polling place.

The polling places will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Reminder: The current Montana Legislature voted to end same-day voter registration. If you haven't registered to vote, contact the election office in your county to register by Monday, June 6.
