POLSON — Are you ready for a reading challenge? If you would like to expand your reading horizons or just like a little variety, stop into the library and pick up a Winter Reading Program bingo card. You can also print one from our Facebook page – look for it in our timeline photos. There are 49 squares to choose from and if you get seven in a row and turn in your reading log to us, you will be entered into a prize drawing which will be held during National Library Week in April. The program runs all of winter from December 21 through March 19.

We have added a new online resource to our website. A to Z World Food offers recipes, ingredient lists, information on food culture, dining etiquette and special occasion and holiday food lists for nearly every country in the world. You can find a link on our homepage. It is a very interesting educational tool and a fun way to expand your culinary world.

Our Friends of the Library group has new members. Thank you to everyone who expressed interest in being part of this important group. We will be working toward getting the Friends group active with library programs and membership in the coming year.
