Homeowners affected by government shutdown can get help from SKHA
PABLO — The Flathead Finance Program (FFP) of the Salish & Kootenai Housing Authority is available to all Furloughed employees who are facing financial hardship. If the government closure has an impact on your mortgage, and your ability to pay on time or even make a payment, the Homeownership staff can assist you in working with your mortgage company to hopefully finding a workable solution. Credit counseling and budget management is also offered. To safeguard your future, let SKHA assist you in proactively working with your creditors.
This service is free of charge to all community members in need. Call (406) 675-4491 to speak with an FFP staff member.
