Charlo High School athletes raise money for mammogram program

Two Charlo Athletes presented a $1,100 check to the St. Luke Foundation to extend the free screening mammogram program for Women 4 Wellness. The money was raised through sale of the pink T-Shirts that the two students are wearing in addition to conducting bake sales, cake raffles and quilt and afghan raffles during football and volleyball games this past fall in Charlo. Half the money raised is donated to St. Luke and the other half to Cheerful Heart. This is the third year that the student athletes have done this in Charlo. 31 volleyball players and 24 football players participated this year.
