MVP public meeting on proposed Basic Rate increase is next Thursday

PABLO — Mission Valley Power will conduct its final public comment meeting regarding MVP’s proposal to: increase the monthly “Basic Charge” rates by $2.50; consolidate area and un-metered street light fees; and charge for installation of an area light wood pole. The energy rate MVP charges per kilowatt-hour will not be increased.

The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 9 from 6-8 p.m. at MVP’s Pablo Office Conference Room. Oral comments may be made at the meeting and should be limited to three minutes.
