BUTTE — The Polson Pirates late season run to the
State A tournament was in a large part fueled by the addition of 6-3
junior swingman Louis Mohr. The athletically gifted Mohr, who sat out
much of the season due to academic ineligibility, returned in late
January and the Pirates were a different team with him in the line up.
Mohr averaged 16 points per game leading up to the
State A tournament and averaged 17 points a game in the tournament.
Mohr was joined on the all-tournament teams by
fellow Pirates Tim Rausch, second team and Kyle Bagnell, honorable
mention.
The Polson Pirates 2010 State A tournament team,
includes: Vince DiGiallonardo, Kyle Bagnell, Ian Laimbeer, Zach Camel,
Sheldon Fisher, Cody Fischer, Tim Rausch, Louis Mohr, Will Davey,
Derrick Rathe, and Tyler Krell.
Brad Pluff coached the Pirates and was assisted by
J.R. Camel and Bob Hilslop.
The team managers: Kayla Rochine, Katie Borchers,
Myuk Caye and Jordan Pluff.
