Mission Mountain All Star Classic set for tonight
ST. IGNATIUS - The annual Mission Mountain
All-Star Classic basketball games are scheduled for Thursday, March 20
at the Dog House, aka the Mission High School gym. The games will
feature some the finest round-ballers from all schools on the Flathead
Indian Reservation as well as players from Thompson Falls, Plains and
Bigfork. This will be the last chance local hoop fans will have to see
the senior players strut their stuff.
The always-fun event begins at 6:30 p.m. with the
two girls teams facing off; the boys' game follows at approximately 8
p.m. The girls' teams will be coached by area boys' teams coaches and
the boys' teams will be coached by area girls' teams coaches.
Admission to the event is $4 for students in
grades 1-12; $5 for adults; and there is no admission for children
kindergarten-age and under as well as senior citizens.
