Tribal Health offers audiology and speech/language services
ST. IGNATIUS — The study of audiology and speech
encompasses the areas of hearing, balance and related disorders.
Practitioners in this particular field are known as
“Audiologists.” These professionals treat those with
hearing loss and proactively work to prevent further related damage.
This is accomplished through the employment of various testing
strategies aimed at determining a patient’s ability to hear
within a normal frequency range, or what portions of their hearing have
been affected and to what degree.
Do you experience any of the following symptoms?
1) Difficulty with hearing;
2) Ringing in the ears;
3) Multiple ear infections;
4) Trauma of the ear;
5) Head Injury;
6) Hearing loss for more than 2 weeks;
7) Objects in the ear;
8) Dizziness; lightheadedness;
9) Had a stroke;
10) Difficulty with speech or language; or
11) Swallowing difficulties.

hearing clinics every Tuesday. If you or your family is eligible for
