Clarice Paul home, playground shelter defaced by vandals

Graffiti will cost $1000 to fix on this houseThis Clarice Paul housing area home and the playground shelter across the street from it were hit by graffiti vandals almost two weeks ago, on the night of Jan. 6.

The home is going to need new steel siding on this south wall, to the tune of more than $1,000, according to Salish Kootenai Housing Authority officials. Tribal Chief of Police Craige Couture reports that there are apparently no witnesses to this incident.
