Arlee Summer Reading Program a success

ARLEE -- The Jocko Valley Library's Summer Reading Program, in conjunction with the Lake County Bookmobile, is proud to have completed another successful summer of reading fun.

The readers of the Arlee area are to be congratulated for the great job they ALL did this year. According to the bookmobile librarian, Arlee had the largest turnout for the bookmobile's Thursday run, and had nine grand prize winners: Chase Wiley, Kaylee Samsel, Cynthia LaRance, Sequoia Wiley, Abbie Baldwin, Dylon Belcourt, Raianna Belcourt, Maya Bennett and Jacinda Morigeau.

The Jocko Valley Library staff wants to thank all the Arlee area readers who participated, their parents, and the volunteers at the Jocko Valley Library for helping out.

New library hours are: Monday - 10 to 3; Tuesday - 12 noon to 7 p.m.; Wednesday - 10 to 1; Thursday - TBA; Friday - TBA; Saturday - 9:30 to noon; and Sunday - closed.
